  📍 Where: Walkers Arms Hotel, Walkerville (online option available for regional clubs)
  👥 Who: Rotarians and Rotaractors (max 80 in-person)
  
  This is a practical, interactive day focused on attraction, engagement, retention, and pathways — with tools you can implement back in your club right away (including the Induction & 90-Day Toolkit).

  – less than last years profit of $345
• Looking into to see if we have to self-report to the ATO as a NFP – due by 31 Oct, or should we be registered as a charity with the ACNC (Aust Charities and Not for Profit Commission)

• Thank you to the team that helped with the Tennyson Dunes open day on Sunday.
  The clouds did look like there could have been a down pour but we only experienced a few drops.
  There seemed to be a few people taking advantage of the tours of the dunes but less people perusing the various information stalls. Though the seagrass weaving did appear to be popular.
  We had our master BBQ cook Barry D, with Tracy B keeping a good watch on the money collection along with quick hands Alison H and Yvonne W doing the serving. Andrew D delivered the BBQ and gazebo’s in the morning using the Rotary Ute and Steve helped with the pack up in the afternoon.
• Mayor Angela dropped by to say hello and the Tennyson Dunes Committee were pleased with our presence.

  Will have a meeting with the district tonight to coordinate the pick up and transportation to the warehouse here in Bulacan.
