- Attended Tidy Town Awards – Kimba did well but did not win.
International & Foundation (Ken - Nothing international to report
- Foundation – applications for District Grants closes at the end of August.
Fundraising (Gary) - NRM four-day event raised $1,940
Youth (Robin) - Science Experience planning underway.
- RYDA (Brian Thomas) – held on 29th August. 230 students attending, volunteers needed.

Vocational & Environment (Alison) - Monarto Safari Park tree planting scheduled for 10th September. Monarto needs to know numbers coming, time of arrival and any special needs. The Park has offered members a 50% discount off the entrance fee if they wish to enter the next day as visitors.
Other Business - The passing of distinguished Rotarian Errol Chinner.

- Bunnings has donated an additional carton of Lego, which will be used to raise funds.
Guest Speakers: PDG David Egan and Lisa Dallow. The talk was about District Regionalisation Pilot. Rotary has been in decline over the past 30 years. Over that period, membership in then District 9500 declined from around 2000 to some 900. The focus is to reverse the decline and how to achieve this. Two videos were shown.
