  • RYLA – please add your names to the roster. District to organise back up as RAA guy who does SOS driving is unavailable on 29 August.
OTHER BUSINESS:
  • 2 August – joint meeting at the Bartley with Henley, Charles St Grange, Port Adelaide rotary clubs regarding Regionals Presentations.
  • Alison away – tree planting at Monato Safari Park – next week’s meeting gage level of support for volunteers
  • Thank you to all volunteers at Carousel, good dividend
  • Information night for Regionalisation project for District – online sessions will be set up
  • Thank you to Ken for attending the Semaphore Surf Life Saving Club Awards night
  • We made it into the District Governor Newsletter re surf boards we donated
  • Andrew and Ted to get together regarding feedback in Newsletter generated by Clubrunner
  • District meeting on Sunday – governance within our district grants, do we do something with SSLSC Area 7 re tree planting (purple trees/flowers) as purple is the colour for End Polio

Mustard Chicken Rolls

Mustard Chicken Rolls
Serves: 40
Prep Time: 30 min 
Cook Time: 55 min 
 
Ingredients

1.2 kg

Chicken and herb sausages

¾ cup

Finely chopped parsley

2  tbsp

Seeded mustard

2 tbsp

Honey

 

Salt and Pepper to taste

3 tbsp

Sesame seeds to sprinkle.

2 eggs

Lightly beaten

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 180c and remove skins from sausages placing filling in a mixing bowl. 

2. Place parsley, mustard, honey, salt and pepper in bowl with chicken filling and mix well. 

3. Cut sheets of pastry in halves and lay out on bench, painting one long edge with egg. 

4. Spread chicken mix along centre of each sheet then roll up pastry then cut each roll into 5 equal pieces-- this will yield a total of 40 chicken rolls. 

5. Place on oven tray, paint with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds then place in oven cooking for about 20 minutes until lightly browned. 

6. If preparing for a party reheat for about 10 minutes then serve.

 The July 2022 Club Invoice has not yet been issued. When generated, the invoice will already be expressed in Australian Dollar. No conversion is necessary. Note that the new HSBC bank account for Dues payments will be reflected on this invoice.
 It would be greatly appreciated if club and district treasurers could update our payee bank details in their online banking platforms. In addition, please communicate these changes to your members as soon as possible. The sooner and more broadly we circulate this information, the easier the transition and the faster we can close off the old St George accounts.
