On Monday night our Rotary Club has fired up the BBQ for West Lakes Shore School’s ‘Acquaintance Night’, welcoming families into the school community.
It’s a wonderful partnership - they support us, and we are always happy to support them. Nights like this remind us what community is all about: connection, generosity and working together.
Update: unfortunately the numbers needing to be fed were down, so we only sold about 100-120 sausages. Profit was a paltry $108!
This was the first event of this kind, so back to the drawing board.
