On Thursday Alison and her Mum took another 26 knitted/crocheted blankets to Ronald McDonald House for the sick kids that stay at their facility. The blankets were hand made by Alison, Iris (mum) & Olive (aunty)
Melissa Monkhouse was there to receive them & was happy to show us one of the 5 new rooms that were completed only yesterday – which means they now can offer approx. 140 more families somewhere to stay in Adelaide whilst their child is in hospital.
Hopefully our blankets will offer some warmth & comfort to those children too…….
