Cool weather had gone, so we had to gear up for a warm day with plenty of fluids.
The challenge was to guess how many snags, with our normal mid-day supply from Coles closed due to the public holiday.
Westy bit the bullet and ordered 36! trays (normally on a Monday we would do 12-15)! The freezer was cooled down just in case that the hordes didn't arrive.
All drinks were pulled out of the shed and more purchased - we were ready....

The set-up crew arrived on time, and we were greeted by an enthusiastic Bunnings contact who asked if we would like the BBQ. so even though the store didn't open until 0900, we had the BBQ and tent setup by 0815, then BBQ lit by 0820!
The morning shift arrived and started getting ready. a slight hiccup when another organisation rolled up around 0840 claiming that they had the BBQ! Our Bunnings man confirmed that RCWL was the right crew (PHEW). Some unhappy campers had some quick thinking to work out what to do with their supplies....
Trade was slow until 1030, when it became busy. Business got really busy by 1130, and then REALLY busy by 1230.
Thankfully the morning shift made sure there was a full tray of cooked snags for the lunchtime shift - all were needed.

Flat chat until about 1400, when everything toned down to "steady". Interestingly we made another $500-800 in sales from 1400.

Len's numbers indicated profit of over $2,200 for the day.
