Crowd: from our number counters at each gate, in excess of 1,200!
Santa: who was he, the voice sounded familiar
Raffle: great prizes, but poor ticket sales

SLSC very good for set up and break down. Also they provided support in case we needed first aid treatment.
Thorne they have provided monetary support in the past, but this year they excelled with the backdrop and reindeer displays
