Our roster at the Carousel over the weekend of 13/14 January coincided with the annual Semaphore Greek Festival.
Given the longer operating hours of 11am through to at least 9:30 pm, we decided to shorten the shifts to make it easier to a more manageable 2 hours.
Thanks to the fourteen (14) members who took on the tasks to enable full coverage to occur.
Saturday was steady, and really picked up in the afternoon, and our shifts finished at just after 11 (23:15)!
Takings of over $2400 for the day suggests a minimum of 400 customers.
Sunday was substantially quieter, but still steady albeit with smaller numbers.
Our shifts finished at 22:30, although on both days Frank Schirippa and his family provided coverage post our shift times.
