  • Nothing new to report as Len in hospital
  • We got billed for 30 members from District invoicing but only have 28 members. Will follow up next week when District Governor visits.
Community: (Ros)
  • Saturday 17 September DIK 
  • Sunday 18 September – BBQ Tennyson Dunes (refer folder) Ros to do shopping for BBQ
Sausages price $3.50 and drinks $1.50.  EFTPOS available
  • October 8 & 9 NRM Café Cart
  • Kids on the Lake meeting 12 September and well on the way. Adelaide Brighton donating $1500
International: (Ken)
  • Andrew and Ken carpooling for DIK 17 September with lunch at Slug & Lettuce
Youth: (Robyn)
  • Rypen – received 3 applicants, 2 from St Michaels and 1 from Nazareth.  Brenda taking lead as Robyn overseas from next week.
OTHER BUSINESS:
  • Andrew and Ken attended RCWL Science & Engineering Challenge, (supporting education in youth) 8 schools involved with Pembroke school the winner.
Vocation & Environment (Alison)
  • Thank you to all who volunteered at Monarto Zoo last weekend – 42 hours volunteer time and 26 attended dinner at Murray Bridge.
  • 13 volunteers went on Safari bus on Sunday
  • Further volunteer work coming up SOS Fence Post Painting of the new lodge at Monarto Zoo
  • Rotary Grants may be available next year as lots of on-going work
  • Rotaract Henley Beach and Largs Bay also volunteered at Monarto Zoo.
  • Thank you to all members that volunteered at Monarto Zoo
  • Best wishes to Len who is having a hip replacement
