  • $9700 – Beyond Bank – (Kids on the Lake)
  • ATO re quires every club to complete the for but no need to lodge it.  Rotary require form to be completed and presented at board meeting and signed by Executor of the Club.
  • Received account from Club Runner for next years which will require each member to pay an extra $30 to cover exchange rate – to be discussed at Board meeting
  • Flew flag for Dorothy Brumby, wife of former member of the club.

  • Meeting finished early due to Board meeting

  • Thank you to everyone for Bill's birthday Great Train race at Semaphore.

  • BBQ Bunnings – St Bedes made profit of $652

FUNDRAISING: (Gary)
  • Purchased Bee Hotel for $16.00 from Bunnings. Suggested we make them.
VOCATION & ENVIRONMENT: (Alison)
  • Suggest team building day at De Garis’ to make Bee Hotel
  • Committee meeting TBA
  • Alison to check with Monarto Zoo re painting of fences still required
