- We got billed for 30 members from District invoicing but only have 28 members. Will follow up next week when District Governor visits.

International Report: (Ken)
- Andrew and Ken carpooling for DIK 17 September with lunch at Slug & Lettuce
Fundraising: (Gary)
- Thanks for a successful Bunnings BBQ last Saturday raising profit of $1800.
- Bunnings congratulated clean up team on excellent job
Youth: (Robyn)
- Rypen – received two from St Michael’s College and one from Nazareth College
Other Business:
- Federal Grant submitted for $2900 for gazebos/ice boxes/tables
Vocation & Environment (Alison)
- Monarto Zoo – 9am – 1pm
- 9am meet at Wild Africa entrance, 623 Monarto Road (opposite house with blue roof). We will be met and shown where to drive vehicles into the area.
- Lunch is NOT provided
- Take Gloves, covered shoes/gumboots, water, hats etc.
- Saturday night dinner at Murray Bridge Hotel, meal, and fellowship with 2 other clubs
- Need someone to take photos
- Time on Sunday tba

Guest Speaker: Scott Anderson
Scott, RCWL’s last inducted and its youngest member, spoke on how to recruit younger members. He also highlighted reasons why younger people are eschewing joining service and other clubs and organisations – a trend that has been happening over a number of years.
We need to identify the Cause as a narrative, as that will be more attractive than identifying the activity.
