Motion: To accept the updated Club Bi-Laws that incorporate RI mandated areas, as well as Club specific area.
Received email from SSLSC asking if the Club would sponsor an individual to attend the Swimming Nationals in Queensland

CFFK event, net profit ~$3k
Xmas dinner – received payment for 25 members/guests to Monday – 3 more have confirmed to pay on Tuesday – not sure about any paying or non-paying guests
Received the $5,000 CCS grant for the CFFK event, and received $4,300 from sponsors to the Club (potentially required to fund any CFFK shortfall)
Will be confirming member numbers to RI and RDU as 26 members as at 1 January 2026. Members who paid for half year in July, will need to pay the other half in January 2026.
Have paid a donation to Tennyson Dunes $500 and to Mosaic for supporting the EPN BBQ $500

Thanks to those Rotarians who came in on the 25th of November to sort and pack the blankets we received from the North East dry cleaner.
The ones suitable for humans were given to Puddle Jumpers thanks to Yvonne for passing these along.
Those suitable for animals were passed along the Harbourside Vets, thanks to Alison for passing these along.
Will look to set a date in the new year for the remaining bags.

The speaker system operates on both battery or power.
Prior to meeting, plug in the charger with the connection point being in front of the speaker box. Once fully charged (blue light), the charger can be removed (or left in place).
NOTE: Ensure that Power is plugged in to the actual Power inlet on the speaker and not the Microphone inlet
Three microphones are all battery operated. There are ‘some’ spare batteries in our lectern. Microphones operate on a simple On/Off and are already paired to the system.
The speaker box has a Master Volume knob as well as a Microphone Volume knob. These should not need adjustment unless circumstances have changed. Test inside meeting room.
At end of meeting please carefully check all items, and put safely back in lectern.
Liaise with the Guest Speaker Coordinator to meet and greet Guest Speaker, arrange for introduction, introduce to other members
- Arrange meal for Guest speaker, cost to the RCWL account (so that Steve can pay later on)
