Frederick Miller Community Group - Open Day BBQ

BBQ supplied by RCWL

Details so far:

• Rotary will provide a sausage sizzle for a gold coin donation between the hours of 10am – 2pm
• Drinks will also be available for sale
• We will bring along our BBQ trailer & set-up in the community area with a couple of gazebos & some signage. We thought 9am set-up for a 10am start, to then clean up between 2pm – 3pm.
• FMCG: thoughts were to have plants for sale, maybe demonstrations of potting plants, maybe discussions on preventing disease or fertilising or other topics of interest? This would need to be discussed within your group to come up with a program for the day that will showcase your community garden & introduce the general public on what you do there 😊
• Maybe the council can be approach for sponsorship? We could ask for something towards the food, or maybe a face-painter for the kids? Just thoughts…..
