I recommend you email the link to all members of your clubs so that anyone who isn't at your next meeting also get the opportunity to respond.
As part of Creating Tomorrow Rotary and the Regionalisation Project (visit www.creatingtomorrowrotary.org) and on behalf of the Presidents from Community Group 4 we are seeking your ideas to be considered as a group project.
Ideally, the objectives of the project will:
1. Make a difference to our Group 4 communities.
2. Promote Rotary across our community.
3. Support clubs to engage members.
4. Build a stronger and unified Rotary brand.
5. Encourage partnership, and
6. Attract new members and volunteers.
There have been some ideas suggested such as each club donating a support dog to a local school in their area, a giant car boot sale, a health and wellbeing fair, muster of BBQ trailers. Before we agree on a project, we want to be sure that every club member has had the opportunity to submit their idea.
Think about Rotary's Seven Areas of Focus and a project that will deliver on the six objectives above. Visit www.rotary.org/en/our-causes for more information.
The Group 4 Community Group will consider all suggestions on Friday 15 November so be sure to make your submission by then.
