We provided the BBQ for the JDRF Jump for a Cure fundraiser at the Semaphore Surf Life Saving Club.
JDRF supplied the consumables.
It wasn't busy!
Supporters of those jumping from 15,000 ft were few, so the appetite for sausages was light.
Of 9 trays provided, we cooked 6. They had plenty of drinks, but we didn't have to worry as they handled all of the leftovers.
The placement of the BBQ next to the Band was poor - they were very loud.
Nevertheless, those who supported the JDRF were very complimentary of the Rotary Club for our support.
We assisted the JDRF in raising approximately $400, at realistically no cost us!
In the background you might be able to see Barry, Charles and Robin cowering from the band....

Ros' dancing was enough to scare off any potential customer!
