Rotary Club of Don Suncheon in D3610, Pakistan. South Korea. The club was chartered in 1996, with 47 members who meet on Thursdays at 12.30pm. President: Kwang Mook Oh.
ROTARY CLUB BUSINESS
SECRETARY: (Lyn)
- Changeover Dinner 27 June - $55 per head. Henley Surf Life Saving Club advised today the restaurant will be indefinitely and all staff have been made redundant. Lyn to get details from West Lakes Resort and Bartley Terrace as new venue and send out email to all members.
TREASURER: (Len)
- $1500 raised from RSL BBQ and out of that $750 given to Legacy and $750 to Chats.
- $2900 given by each centurion for Accreditation Polio Plus
- Recognition to longest serving member - Dennis Ralph
- Dennis Ralph made centre page in The Southern Cross for his commitment to the Catholic education.

- Lyn to contact AVEO regarding tour, one on North Haven and Frederick Road.

- 20/21 May - NRM – Behind Closed Doors Café cart

YOUTH: (Robyn)
- Outbound Youth Exchange Applicant - Abby O'Brien.
- Has been approved by Board, This is a Club project and all members are invited to be involved in the interview process.
- Next steps for youth exchange:
- Invite Abby & Parents to club interviews
- Interview question guide is available
- Club to allocate a Female Counsellor
- Working With Children Check is required
- District will also interview to determine Country suitability etc.

- BBQ trailer refurbishment cost estimate @ $2500 and should be ready in about 2-3 weeks.
- Working Bee today for the Eyre Bee n Bee hotels
VOCATION & ENVIRONMENT: (Alison)
- 8 July - Team building day at De Garis’ to paint Eyre Bee n Bee hotels. Bring hammer, small nails and sandpaper. BYO drinks and BBQ will be provided.
- 15 July Monarto Zoo fence painting –invited Murray Bridge and Mobilong to help.
- NE Drycleaners have plenty of blankets, Brenda and Neil can collect anytime and we are to organise a sort/roll night pre meeting.
