DAY 1 – DEPARTURE ( MIDLAND ) TO STATION STAY 505 km

Saturday 26 April

7.30 am sharp we head North East out of Perth via Bindoon and its rolling hills. We enter into the cropping farm lands of wheat, canola and other grain crops. Then via Wubin landscape will open up into Station grazing country where remote farms can get up to 250,000 acres in size or 1011 km squared in area; a good excuse when playing outside not to have heard your Mum calling you to come in for dinner….!!! We will end our days’ travel camping at a local Station around Paynes Find.

This day will include:

• A group introduction with orientation activities followed with a demonstration of pitching a tent and briefing of camp organizational procedures which will assist setting up and packing away camp flow smoothly to allow a fun and enjoyable experience.

Day 2 – STATION STAY TO KARALUNDI 332 KM

Sunday 27 April

6 am wake up as it is our first day to pack up the camp. We will have an early breakfast to get the day under way; as well as making the most of our time to create experiences and memories……

This day will include:

• A tour through Mount Magnet pastoral and gold mining museum with a chance to pan for gold

• Setting up camp at Karalundi

Breakfast -Lunch - Dinner - Showers – Toilets

Day 3 - KARALUNDI

Monday 28 April

7 am wake up for breakfast ready to experience Karalundi. Karalundi is a remote boarding college for indigenous Australian Students 60km North of Meekatharra.

This day will include:

• A day of connecting and exchanging of life experiences…..
