World End Polio Day

On World Polo Day, October 24, there will be a live stream event from Pittsburgh, USA.  

 

Pittsburgh is the hometown of RI President Stephanie Urchick and the birthplace of the Salk vaccine.

 

The one-hour meeting will be shown live Down Under on Friday October 25^th at:

•7.30am ACST

 

The speakers will include: 

•RI Pres. Stephanie Urchick

•Dr. Peter Salk, the son of Jonas Salk.

•Mike McGovern, The Chair of Rotary’ International’s PolioPlus Committee  

•Past RI Pres. John Germ, Chair of the Countdown to History Committee
